





Zamia is an Australian mineral exploration company, targeting epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold deposits in the Clermont district of central Queensland.
In October 2016, Zamia announced that it had entered into a binding share sale and purchase agreement (subject to conditions) in respect of all of the issued capital in Kirkham International Pte Limited, a Singapore-registered company that owns, via subsidiaries, permits for a coking coal mine in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Since October 2016, Zamia’s shares have been in a trading halt pending completion of the transaction.
