December 2010 Quarterly Report
HIGHLIGHTS
- At the Anthony Molybdenum Project, drilling continues to intersect good molybdenum (Mo) grades.
- Metallurgical testwork on the near-surface oxide zone at Anthony indicated the possibility that a marketable Mo product can be produced from this material.
- A new exploration permit covering 150 km² and containing a known Mo occurance was granted during the quarter. Review of historic exploration data will commence shortly.
- Zamia Metals Limited (Zamia) received funds of $1.6 million via share placements. These funds are being used to advance the Anthony molybdenum project and the regional exploration programme.

September 2010 Quarterly Report
HIGHLIGHTS
- At the Anthony molybdenum (Mo) prospect, the primary (sulphide) resource has increased to 130 million tonnes (Mt) at 0.04% (400 ppm) Mo at a cut-off grade of 200 ppm Mo
- The secondary (oxide and transitional) resource has increased to 63 Mt at 400 ppm Mo (cut-off grade 200 ppm Mo)
- Beneficiation tests indicate the likelihood of pre-concentration to 1000 ppm Mo
- Flotation tests indicate excellent recoveries to produce a high grade concentrate with low levels of potentially deleterious elements
- The company drilled + 5,384m from 23 holes
- The first of two deep diamond holes was completed at 803.4m and intersected visible molybdenum mineralisation at depth
- The company received funds of $1 million through a share placement

June 2010 Highlights
Anthony Molybdenum (‘Mo’) Project
- The Company reported an initial Inferred Resource of 81 million tonnes (Mt) at 0.043% (430 parts per million – ppm) Mo, at a cut-off grade of 200 ppm Mo, within the primary (sulphide) molybdenum zone. This figure includes a high grade resource of 13.5 Mt at 750 ppm Mo.
- In addition, there is a zone of oxide and transitional (mixed oxide-sulphide) material totalling 36 Mt at 380 ppm Mo from surface.
- Geological interpretation showed at least three phases of intrusive igneous activity and the possibility of a fourth well-mineralised body at greater depth.
- Preliminary metallurgical testwork indicated the likelihood of excellent
- recoveries of molybdenite [MoS2] by flotation.
- It is also likely that lower grade material could be significantly upgraded by a simple beneficiation process, which would enhance the economics of the project.
- Another drilling program, to determine the lateral extent of the deposit, has commenced.

March 2010 Highlights
The latest drilling program at Zamia’s Anthony Prospect was completed during the quarter. Assay results for the 31 holes drilled to date have been received and significant intersections have been reported to the ASX. Mineralisation remains open laterally and at depth.
- Independent resource consultants, Hellman and Schofield Pty Ltd (‘H&S’) announced a resource estimate for Anthony of 81 million tonnes (‘Mt’) at 0.43% (430 ppm) molybdenum (Mo) at a cut-off grade of 0.02% (200 ppm) Mo in the primary sulphide zone.
- The resource includes a high grade zone of 13.5 Mt at 750 ppm Mo.
- H&S also reported an additional 36 Mt at 380 ppm Mo in the oxide and transition zones. Zamia has commenced a program of metallurgical testwork to determine whether a marketable Mo product can be recovered from this material.
- A scout drilling program was completed at the Matilda gold target and assay results reported to the ASX. Results were encouraging; three of the six holes showed thick intersections of elevated gold concentrations..
